Management

Dean Personne joined Peak on February 15, 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Personne was promoted to Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2006 and was appointed as a member of Peak's Board of Directors on April 3, 2006. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Personne was self-employed as a management consultant. From August 2000 until November 2001, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Novus Packaging Corporation, a manufacturer of plastic packaging materials. From 1995 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ASAT Limited, a Hong Kong company engaged in the back end assembly of semiconductors. Mr. Personne has bachelor and master degrees in business administration from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas.

John Supan joined Peak on May 1, 2006 as Interim Chief Financial Officer, and was confirmed as Chief Financial Officer on August 1, 2006. Mr. Supan is a 30-year veteran of corporate finance and accounting, and commenced his association with Peak, as a consulting principal with Financial Leadership Group, LLC, a firm specializing in providing CFO-level services to both private and public companies. Previously he was CFO for Fast Track Systems, a company providing clinical trial software and data solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, CFO for Argonaut Technologies, Inc., a drug development instrumentation company, and was a partner with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Supan is a Certified Public Accountant in California, a member of the American Institute of CPAs and a graduate of California State University, San Jose with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting).

Splendid Zuo is a graduate of Cheng Du Science & Technology University and holds an MBA from Massey University, New Zealand. Mr. Zuo has been with Peak since 1994 as a qualification engineer and has held increasingly more responsible positions, including Manager of Process Engineering, Vice President, Engineering and most recently as Vice President & General Manager for factory operations.

Mary Chow joined Peak in May 2006. Ms. Chow has extensive experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management. Before joining Peak, Ms. Chow was the Director of Customer Service at Merix Asia (formerly EPC Limited), a global supplier of printed circuit boards to OEMs and EMS providers. Prior to that, Ms. Chow held various positions, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Logistics and Materials Control, and Director of Customer Service at QPL International Holdings Limited with subsidiaries QPL Limited, a global supplier of leadframes, and ASAT Limited , a global provider of IC assembly, test and packaging. She holds a master degree in business administration and a bachelor of science from Case Western Reserve University.

Wayne Moore joined Peak in January of 2007 and has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in various engineering, sales management and corporate management capacities. He has spent more than 16 years as a senior executive, managing international semiconductor operations in Asia and Europe. He most recently served as General Manager of AIT - U.S. Test Operations. Mr. Moore has served in senior executive positions at Signetics High Tech; ASAT, Inc.; Dynesem; and AMI. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from San Jose State University.

Jim Steger joined Peak in April of 2007 and brings extensive disk drive industry experience and leadership to Peak's management team. He has a proven track record of accelerating multi-million dollar revenue growth by serving in international executive roles for disk drive industry leaders including Seagate, Western Digital, Maxtor and KR Precision. His operational knowledge of the disk drive industry ranges from record-breaking sales growth to building disk drive facilities and from managing organizations with thousands of employees to implementing six sigma and robotics assembly. Mr. Steger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from DeVry University and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University.

Chris Buckley joined Peak in July 2006. Mr. Buckley has extensive manufacturing and sales experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Buckley was Vice President / General Manager of QPL Limited, an ISO certified integrated circuit leadframe manufacturing facility and a wholly-owned subsidiary of QPL International Holdings. Mr. Buckley was responsible for sales and customer service throughout Southeast Asia. Mr. Buckley also served at MCT Incorporated, a world leader in semiconductor backend automation, as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Mr. Buckley also directed sales and marketing functions in the Southeast Asia region for CHIPPAC Incorporated and ASAT Limited. Mr. Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California.
